On any other day, Liverpool On Tuesdays would be about a dour 1-1 draw with Leeds or maybe about Jose Mourinho losing his job. While I still talk about those, the European Super League is what has dominated discussion the last couple of days and in my opinion it goes against the very spirit of the game - a game that rewards people who work hard enough to get results, a game that says that David has a chance of beating Goliath. Twelve clubs across Europe want to turn it into a game where David is denied entry to the arena because he doesn't look like he can beat Goliath - even if he has proven that he can. Listen in for my thoughts on this abomination that is the European Super League.
