JJ is a highly ambitious and forward-thinking UEFA Pro Licence holder and he is still under 40. A father of 2, a husband and a man who has accumulated vast experience within coaching, at first team and Academy level, through roles in Wales in the UK.
He possess diverse experience as head coach, academy coach, coach educator, analyst and lecturer in football and coaching performance at the illustrious University of South Wales, and he uses these facets to enhance the development and performance of the players and aspiring coaches under his tutelage.Throughout his coaching career, he has led from the front to motivate and drive players, playing a key role within a multi-disciplined team having furthered his professional development through attainment of degree qualifications.
He is the current assistant coach of the mens u19 Wales International football team and he is here today top talk about all that, including the journey to obtaining the famous UEFA Pro License and the week he spent with Carlo Ancelotti and his staff inside Real Madrid FC in Spain.
