Episode Notes

Well the season ending pod all the way from Glanford Park or the Attis Arena, whatever you like to call it. The 60th of the season, so with the hallowed turf behind us, we take a deep dive into the play off winning season. Barra as host, Marco and Gareth as pod members too were joined by Pete Hewes and Aaron Cheeseman who filmed it, dealt with all the audio and edited it. So grateful for the amazing work they have both done. Pleased to say Gareth lost his lisp on this one. Though gained a few more pounds, with proper cameras on him. Next time, Marco will bring along chickens for his coop and as always Barra will keep spaffing.

Anyway we discuss the players that started the season, the brilliant start we had at Brackley. Scarborough being our first defeat, with the tallest team at our disposal. A blip through the season, 442 at Leamington. Was Marine a turning point for Butler? Injury to Barrows. Defeat at Kidderminster, Radcliffe and Kings Lynn. That win at Hereford Carlton scoring goals. Ultimately that win against Chester in the NLN Play Off Final and lifting the trophy to gain promotion.

It’s been one hell of a season and we’re glad you’ve been on the journey with us. Thank you to all the Spy in the Camps for joining us. To all our guests we’ve had on and all the people in the background helping us with guests. Thank you to the club for letting us use the facilities. Huge thank you to Pete Hewes from Know Film, to Aaron Cheeseman from AC photography and also videography now. Both amazing people to work with. Made us look professional for a change 😉 Then we come to you the fans, thank you for sticking with us. For all the likes and comments. We do this for the love of our club and it’s so good to know that so many of you enjoy what we do. Here’s to next season and another journey of ups and downs.

So from Barra, Marco, Gareth, Max and Becky, see you on the next one and once again, thank you ❤️ #UTIHP
