Daily Coaching brings you the first episode of series three, talking with professional manager and youth development specialist Ross Embleton. Most recently, Ross held the position of head coach at Leyton Orient FC, but has previously held positions across a range of departments at Norwich City FC, AFC Bournemouth and Swindon Town FC.  

The discussion centres around his background and journey from starting out within the game all the way up to more recent times, how he got in to management, the differences he has experienced within different levels of coaching including grassroots, academies and now first team, how he has developed and what has influenced his coaching and playing style, his memories of the late great Justin Edinburgh and advice to those looking to transition in to the coaching industry.
