Cal, Dave, Katie and Sean speak with Andy Norman. Andy is an Altrincham Runner who has some great PBs. He explains how his dad inspired him as a junior, how he became involved in Altra Running. With Andy and Dave being brothers, we made sure we compared PBs between the two. Andy is also know for his passion for beer and he explains how he fits the drinking into the training, or visa versa. Also, Andy and Dave agree to something....what will it be.

With spring marathons being completed, Sean chats about his experience in Berlin, Katie and Cal talk about London Marathon and how it was for them both. Dave tells us about how he has been sharpening his spikes for the last 9months ready for cross country.
