Venables wants the fans to have a winner

Brent Venables held his first game week press conference of the season. There were a lot of big picture questions and answers in this one. And Venables didn't shy away from addressing the past and wants the fans to have a team they can be proud to call their own. And he explains why this team is starting to celebrate small victories.
