And Venables didn't shy away from addressing the past and wants the fans to have a team they can be proud to call their own. And he explains why this team is starting to celebrate small victories. Venables also talked a lot about John Mateer, rebuilding the defense and his young cornerbacks that could look to be major contributors this season.
