This week we welcome one of the starting goaltenders for the Langley Leafs of the Female Super League, Makana Mitchell.

We chat about her season so far, her massive 57 save performance, her gear setup and her cool mask.

Makana jokes about her nickname because she always had white gear and she talks about how her aggressive style in net works for her.

What a great kid! She is only 13 years old and is already turning heads. Maybe a PWHL career is ahead? Only time will tell.

We also talked Canucks this week and how managment actually has admitted their mistakes and made moves instead of sitting on their hands or doubling down on a bad move.
