8. Yaphett King - SMU Basketball

Yaphett King an assistant coach at SMU.  He has been a Division 1 assistant for nine years including stints at Louisiana Tech and Texas A&M Corpus Christi.  Prior to that he was the Head Coach at national power Redlands Community College for four years.  He played professionally overseas and was an all-league player at Cal State Fullerton.  In this podcast, you will hear Yaphett’s fascinating journey as a player and coach.  He will detail what his job is as an assistant and recruiter, and what it takes to move up and survive at the college level.
