The Red Sox (66-55) avoided a 4th straight loss with a (14-1) blowout win over the Astros Tuesday night at Daikin Park in Houston. The series is even at 1-1 and the Red Sox are now 4-1 on the season against the Astros. It's the Sox 66th win of the season. They won their 66th game last season on August 20 at Houston. The Sox are now 19-0 when scoring 10 or more runs in a Game this season.

Going with May: Dustin May turned in his terrific outing in his 2nd start with the Red Sox. The 27-year-old tossed 6 scoreless innings and exited with an 8-0 lead. May walked 1 and struck out 8. He gave up a Single on the 1st pitch of the Game to Jeremey Pena and 5 hits total (all Singles). He was 20 of 24 on 1st-pitch strikes.

Sox at the Dish: The Sox got on the board first for the 2nd straight night. Trevor Story was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the 3rd to bring in the Sox first run. Masa Yoshida picked up an RBI with a Sac Fly to make it 2-0. The Sox added on with Carlos Narvaez tagging a 3-run Home Run (#10) in the 6th that made it 5-0. After a two-out walk to Roman Anthony (his 3rd of the Game), Alex Bregman hit his 2nd Homer (#16) of the series that made it 7-0. Wilyer Abreu added on with a run-scoring Double in the 7th. Roman Anthony hit his 2nd Home Run in 2 Games with a solo shot in the 8th. Later in the inning, Abreu knocked in 2 more runs with his 2nd Double of the Game.

At-Bat of the Night: Carlos Narvaez made it 5-0 in the 6th with a 2-out, 3-run Home Run. According to Baseball Savant the Narvaez would have been out in all 30 Big League Ballparks. (Exit Velocity- 108.6).
