Lakers drop Game 3 to the Nuggets - Is it time to be worried?

The Los Angeles Lakers dropped Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals to the Denver Nuggets and would be down two games to one if it was not for Anthony Davis' buzzer-beater in Game 2. Should we be worried?
