 " I developed a helping system that I’ve used my entire career. My helping system started out as positive habits, then evolved to quantum routines, and the past 5 yrs has turned to spiritual principles. 

I self-published my system in 2012 as a book and ebook. It’s called Creating a Cohesive Family. It contains 22 exercises to build personal and family cohesion. My book serves as a foundation for the current system I use today with my clients at work, again called, 7 in 7 Spirituality Systems.
