Episode 63 - Joe Cleverley
Episode Notes
Katie, Cal and Sean speak with a local running legend who is a Hyde Village Strider who you will have heard once or twice on the pod as part of the Tour of Tameside. He has ran 17:52 for 5k (parkrun), 35:45 for 10k, 78:19 for half and 2:46:58 for marathon. Joe talks about how he got into running and how he manages it around working as a teacher. He talks about his early 5:23am running club that no one seems to want to join. We also put Joe's FA Cup knowledge to the test and it didn't disappoint. Also, his other talent is how many languages he can speak... man of many talents.
The team talk about the new Skinny Brands Cider, as well as how the money from the Tour is going to be spent. Kit orders have opened up so get on it and support the pod. Katie talks about her medal winning display at NW road relays, Sean is back running some good distances and building up, and Cal's Garmin has broke and he is lost without it.
