Lysette is a spiritual aspirant, yoga teacher, numerologist and environmental conservationist.

She has studied the yoga masters for more that 20 years and have been to India a number of times on a spiritual pilgrimage, visiting ashrams and sacred places in the Himalayas.

In her professional career, she spent many years as an environmental consultant in an Engineering firm in Johannesburg South Africa, specializing in environmental impact assessments and community participation in decision-making.

In 2017 she resigned her corporate position and became a full-time yoga teacher on a dive resort in the Caribbean. From here she shares her teachings in yoga, spirituality and numerology to help high vibrational beings on their spiritual journey.

She is also very much involved in nature and marine conservation on Utila. She is actively involved with coral reef restoration and currently assisting to establish a Marine Conservation Centre on the island.
