Episode Notes
It’s a historical day here at Community Trail Running and we are thrilled to debut The Crossing Lines Podcast! Today we have the hosts telling us about who they are and what they do. What does Crossing Lines do? Well, I’m so glad you asked!
Crossing Lines is an initiative to remove barriers to participation for People of Colour in the Ultra Endurance space. The Crossing Lines Podcast will amplify diverse voices in the running scene while featuring interviews of people from our community and some hot takes on everything from gear and races to the future of running.
Kortnee Borden, Matt Geofroy, Meddy Andrews and James Koka are long time friends and hosts of The Crossing Lines Podcast. They are long distance runners talking about running, run culture, and life while having some laughs along the way. Lace up and join us as we take up space.

We are always excited to find and feature folks who are looking to make this sport more inclusive and this partnership is one we are very happy about around here. We’re honoured the group was willing to work with us to make this happen, and we believe this is the beginning of something special and awesome.

This episode is a way to learn more about what’s coming and who the guys are, and the next episode, coming in two weeks, will show us what it’s like when they have one of their amazing guests on! After these two episodes, you can expect monthly drops from the guys on the second or third Wednesday of each month. They are so excited to be able to feature the awesome folks of their community and you all are in luck to have this group so fired up to do so!
