PHILLIES POSTCAST: Phillies BLANK the Orioles, 5-0

The Philadelphia Phillies shutout the Baltimore Orioles in 5-0 win!  

Taijuan Walker allowed just four hits with four strikeouts and no walks in his start, lowering his season ERA to 3.53. This was Walker’s first start since 2016 where he went six scoreless while not allowing a walk.  

The Phillies runs came by way of a Brandon Marsh rbi double and a Max Kepler two-run homer in the 2nd inning. Then Bryson Stott followed in the 4th with an RBI triple.    

Brandon Marsh added the Phillies final run in the 8th inning with a solo homer, his 6th homer of the season.
