Eric Olen - UC San Diego Head Basketball Coach

Episode 20 of the KYP Podcast is Eric Olen.  Coach Olen is the Head Coach at UC San Diego.  Over his seven years as head coach, Olen has transformed the program, leading the Tritons to three California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) regular season titles, and four consecutive CCAA tournament crowns. He has posted a 159-56 (.740) overall record with a 110-40 (.733) mark in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play.  His teams have been ranked nationally in the top 10 many times.  He has been names CCAA coach of the year twice.  He is widely regarded as one of the top offensive basketball minds in the country.  His teams routinely lead the country in 3 pointers made and 3-point percentage.  In this podcast, he will detail secrets of how he builds his offense, team chemistry and what it takes to win in college basketball.
