The Edmonton Oilers are losing ground in the multi-team race for the wild-card playoff spots in the Western Conference as the NHL heads for the all-star break. Mind you, GMs are always in the spotlight of Canadian NHL teams, but considering even his most-recent deals and moves — never mind the big ones from the past involving the likes of Taylor Hall, Griffin Reinhart and Milan Lucic — Oilers fans’ voices are reaching a fever pitch in calling for Chiarelli to be fired.
