Episode Notes

Unai Emery & Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have come under increasing pressure to show signs of progress within their respective clubs. Other clubs like Leicester and Chelsea have been flourishing with their managers being able to stamp an identity on their teams in a relatively short amount of time. Does a managers success in implementing his ideas require time?. Does a club structure/current state of a club benefit the manager in this process?. As per previous examples of short-term success stories, should other managers take some notes from these managers or do they need to trust that their identity will sooner or later rub off on the team?.
