We go into great detail on the art of receiving with Mitch as we discuss his setup, hand position, seeing the bottom of the zone, along with blocking and throwing out of a one knee setup. Once again we take him on the side for our MV blocking drill and talk workouts, tv binge watching and even some Fortnite... better hit record as we join Mitch on the mound!
