Welcome along to 'COACHING DIARIES' - a brand new series from The  Honest Football Podcast. This series sees one of our hosts, Charlie, a part time football coach and PE teacher, meet the great and the good in the world of sport. As a teacher, Charlie has always been fascinated by the way coaching works in different sports and the impact they can have on me as a football coach. Each week, we meet coaches from different parts of the sporting world. We will drill down into their philosophies, values and techniques in their field and find out what makes them so great at what they do.

Next up in  our series we meet Netball expert Coach Beccy Lewis, (@BeccyLewis18). Beccy is a former academy and county player who's love of the game continued when she went to University. Following graduation, Beccy became a coach and began her coaching career in Australia. Since returning to the U.K. Beccy has coached in a multitude of settings, from youth to adults, including Netball Super Leagues' Surrey Storm, Leeds Rhinos and England Netball.  A truly amazing woman and a cracking episode from beginning to end.
