North Carolina continued to fill out the 2026-27 roster on Tuesday with former NC State wing Matt Able joining the Tar Heels. Inside Carolina's Coast to Coast crew of Joey Powell, Sean Moran and Sherrell McMillan break down what Able brings to the table for Michael Malone and how the 6-6 wing fits with what is currently on the roster for next season.

Able brings size and versatility to Chapel Hill after a strong season with the Wolfpack and his ability to defend and attack the rim should be highlighted in a Malone style of play.  Able joins Neoklis Avdalas, Terrence Brown, Jr, and Maxim Logue from the transfer portal to the Tar Heels.
