Faizon Brandon, George MacIntyre QB Dilemma about ALABAMA, not Arkansas

Tennessee Volunteers’ quarterback battle intensifies as George MacIntyre emerges following Faizon Brandon’s injury struggles. Can Josh Heupel’s offense find its rhythm in time for a crucial SEC stretch run?

Eric Cain and Josh Ward break down the pivotal QB situation, analyzing MacIntyre’s efficient showing against Auburn and Brandon’s developmental path. Key topics include the importance of quarterback play in upcoming matchups against Alabama and LSU, the Volunteers’ reliance on DeSean Bishop’s run game, and the evolving offensive strategy. John Nabors joins to dissect Arkansas’ woes—highlighting Chris Marshall’s standout receiving, KJ Jackson’s regression, and persistent run-game issues. The conversation rounds out with defensive strengths, offensive frustrations, and what Tennessee must do to avoid an upset in Fayetteville.

Will Tennessee’s passing game turn the corner, or does uncertainty under center threaten their SEC ambitions?
