When life gets you down, you have the choice to get back up. You have the choice to step up, level up, get up and lift your head up. Volleyball is the same way… Sometimes the ball gets down, your energy gets down the scoreboard gets down the team can feel down… We must choose to get back up! This episode is here to explain a lot of this and how it applies to Volleyball, but also help you in volleyball and in life keep your perspective positive don’t stop believing, and no matter why you are down you can still choose right now to get back up!
