The Dodgers beat the Braves in Games 3 and 4 in Atlanta to clinch the 2026 National League Division Series.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto was the star of Game 3, with 10 strikeouts in seven innings to win his fifth straight postseason appearance, all on the road. Dodgers October stalwart Kiké Hernández homered off Chris Sale in Game 3, as did a resurgent Freddie Freeman.
In Game 4, Tyler Glasnow walked five but allowed only one run, and the bullpen got the final 13 outs, five of them by Edgardo Henriquez, and Edwin Díaz picked up his second save in a row, looking like his usual self after a season of injuries.
Andy Pages had the game-winning two-run single in the clinching Game 4, turning things around after a disastrous postseason at the plate in 2025.
Manager Dave Roberts after the NLDS has 72 career postseason wins, surpassing Tony La Russa for second-most all-time, now a dozen wins behind Joe Torre.
