John Reis, Former Executive Director of the GCGA

In this episode, we are joined by former Executive Director of the Greater Cincinnati Golf Association, John Reis! He is also a former golf coach at both Northern Kentucky University and University of Cincinnati. We open the conversation talking about John’s journey getting into the game of golf and eventually leading him to becoming a college golf coach. John tells us fun stories from his time as a coach, talks about his time as the Executive Director of the GCGA, and shares insights about his work as a rules official with the USGA. We also discuss John’s work with his foundation. We conclude the episode with the Cincinnati 9.
