THE STORY: Schneider, Guerrero Jr., and Yesavage make World Series HISTORY in Game 5!
10/29/2025: Best of three. The Blue Jays went to Dodger Stadium for Game 5 and IMMEDIATELY made an impact. Davis Schneider started us off by crushing the first pitch he saw for a lead-off homer, and Vladdy followed that up with one of his own just TWO pitches later. It was the first time in World Series history a team opened the game with back-to-back homers. Trey Yesavage got the ball and dominated, striking out 12 - a new single-game World Series rookie record. The Blue Jays kept playing good team baseball and left LA up 3-2 in the World Series.

22-year-old Blue Jays rookie Trey Yesavage walked into Dodger Stadium with seven career starts...and left in the MLB history books. With his seven inning, TWELVE strikeout gem against the Dodgers in Game 5, he became the ONLY ROOKIE IN WORLD SERIES HISTORY with 12 punchouts in a single game. On the night, he walked none and gave up just three hits, making it one of the most dominant starts the World Series has ever seen.

THE STORY: Shane Bieber and Blue Jays teammates respond in BIG way, even World Series at 2!
10/28/2025: The 2025 World Series is now a best-of-three! After an 18-inning marathon that saw every bullpen arm get used, Shane Bieber got the ball. He threw 5.1 innings of one-run ball, outdueling superstar Shohei Ohtani on the other side. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. continued his tear, crushing his 7th Postseason homer - now the most All-Time among all Blue Jays players. Chris Bassitt came out of the bullpen for another stellar relief role, and Louis Varland locked the game down to knot the series at 2 and ensure that the series will shift back to Toronto.

THE STORY: Blue Jays announce themselves in Game One of World Series, put up ELEVEN RUNS!
10/24/2025: A COMPLETE TEAM VICTORY. The Blue Jays went into battle against Dodgers Ace Blake Snell and worked every single at-bat. Daulton Varsho crushed a game-tying home run in the third, his first career World Series homer. After putting together good ABs all night, the lineup got into the Dodgers pen...and immediately made them pay. We plated NINE runs in the 6th, the most in a World Series inning since 1968! On the pitching side, Trey Yesavage held his own, and then manager John Schneider pushed every button, a parade of relievers starting with Mason Fluharty, to Seranthony Domínguez, to Braydon Fisher, to Chris Bassitt, and finally Eric Lauer, who finished the game. The Blue Jays took a 1-0 series lead in their first World Series game since 1993.
